Shipping Information
The item/s will be posted to you by Anna and the Willow within 3 days of receiving payment. Delivery will be made via second class mail.
Small Willow Gifts;
Cost of Shipping: Free UK delivery on small willow gifts. Shipping to Europe, United States & the rest of the world will be charged as per delivery charges against each item in the shop. Please see the example below;
Sculptures;
Sculptural work will either be delivered by Anna & the Willow (depending on location) or by courier. Both personal delivery or courier delivery charges will be invoiced to the customer & will be required before delivery is made.
Sculptural work delivered to Europe, US & Rest of the World will be made via a courier & payment will be required before delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
I hope that you will love your purchase but if you are not entirely satisfied with your items please get in touch.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to inform me that you wish to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must be in the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for all return postage costs and I will require proof of postage.
Once I receive the item back in perfect condition I will issue a full refund, excluding the original delivery cost.
